Unwanted items
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase that is why we offer a 14 day no quibble money back guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with the item(s) you have received, then we are happy to exchange them or give you a full refund provided:
* The items that re returned have not been worn and are not damaged
* Items are returned with all the original packaging, including the gift box or organza bags(s)
* Items returned are in a re-saleable condition
* Proof of purchase and original documents are returned with the items
* Returns are made within 14 days of receipt of your order.
In the interests of hygiene we are unable to exchange or refund earrings for pierced ears.
We will require you to pay for the return postage to us. As you will be responsible for the item(s) until they reach us, we recommend that, for your own protection, you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery e.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Faulty items
Quality is very important to us, and all our products are checked thoroughly before dispatch to you. In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty, please contact us at enquiries@elysiumjewellery.com and return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt.
We aim to refund all debited monies within 5 working days of receiving returned goods. Please, however, allow up to a maximum of 30 days.
Refunds will be at the purchase price i.e. nett of any discounts and special offers. We will not refund postage costs. All refunds will be made to the purchaser via the payment method used when the order was placed.
